from within. i am pawerful,i started writing at seven or eight years old ,at 16,i started writing poems,essays,stories and articles.traditions re regularity made by people.if those .traditions  have posetive impact on people then i accept them.otherwise i don't, there are still many bad .traditions in nepal.
